MEET THE TEAM
Principal Amy Conrad received her BA in Journalism and a BA in Political Science from San Diego State University. She has extensive experience working in the public relations and marketing field. Her media experience includes posts at KGTV Ch. 10 News, KPBS and ABC News in Washington D.C. She has acted as Public Relations Director for The Museum of Photographic Arts and for the Coronado Visitor Center. In addition to working on the media side at KPBS TV/FM, San Diego’s PBS station, she also served as Marketing Coordinator in the Corporate Development department, where she deployed programs that increased the KPBS brand in the community and in the minds of stakeholders and donors. At MoPA and Coronado Visitor Center, she created a public relations department within the development interests of each organization, executed successful community awareness and “call to action” campaigns. Amy served as a public relations professional for the top-ranking national PR firm, Fleishman-Hillard. Service at KPBS included event and volunteer coordination as well as development and execution of promotional strategies for those events. Her overall experience is joined with a solid foundation of business management, strong project management skills, innovative new approaches to “getting the word out” and the ability to strategize and implement corporate visions.

Deanna McMahon, Content and Design Director, completed her BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance with National University. Deanna has held several key roles spanning her career in a variety of unique companies including Creative Director and Director of Business Development. Deanna has a passion for Content Marketing and Business Development and is keen on understanding the need for creative thinking with fresh ideas in this continually evolving media world. She strives to understand the target audience of each client and provides tailored content within marketing programs to not only meet but exceed their goals.

Stacey Schell, Director of Development, received her BS in Business Administration with a an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University. She served over 10 years as a business analyst and project manager. Stacey has served as an Administrative Director for a non-profit for the past 10 years and is a professional photographer. Stacey’s strong organizational and administrative skills, along with her extensive project management and IT project support makes her an asset to the Conrad PR team.

Public Relations Associate Daniela Anchondo, a San Diego native, attended the University of California, Berkeley where she received her B.A. in Film and Media Studies. She has worked with a variety of marketing agencies focusing on clients within the entertainment industry. From publicity to public relations, Daniela has sharpened her skill set with her clients which have included Jack in the Box, HBO, TNT, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, and STXfilms. She last acted as the Public Relations Coordinator at Cashmere Agency where she supported a variety of public relation strategies with the intent to creatively think and act outside of the box on behalf of clients and special projects. She is also a social media guru able to establish consistent branding and presence for a diverse clientele. She aims to provide clients with the highest satisfaction, always willing to go above and beyond to meet and surpass expectations across the board.
